This Privacy Policy describes how Ragam ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Math Maya mobile application ("App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy, especially that of children.

1. Information We Collect

Math Maya does not collect any personal information from users. The App creates a local player profile stored exclusively on your device, which may include:

A first name or nickname you choose (entered on the profile setup screen)
A selected avatar ("buddy")
A selected colour preference
Game progress: level completion status, scores, and coin balance
Answer history for completed levels (used to show the review screen)

This information never leaves your device. It is stored in the app's local database (Apple Core Data) and is not transmitted to any server, cloud service, or third party.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

No email addresses or contact information
No location data
No device identifiers or advertising IDs
No usage analytics or crash reports sent to our servers
No photographs, camera, or microphone access
No payment or financial information

3. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Math Maya is designed for children and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and equivalent international regulations.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country) through the App. Because all data is stored locally on the device and never transmitted anywhere, no parental consent is required for children to use the App.

Parents and guardians can delete all App data at any time by deleting the App from the device, which permanently removes the local database.

4. Advertising

Math Maya contains no advertisements and does not integrate any advertising networks or advertising identifiers.

5. Third-Party Services

The App does not use any third-party analytics, crash reporting, social login, or tracking services. No data is shared with third parties.

6. Apple Platform Services

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple may collect certain information in connection with your use of the App Store and your device in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not control and are not responsible for Apple's data practices.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

All data exists solely on your device for as long as the App is installed. To delete all data associated with Math Maya, simply delete the App from your device. We have no ability to retrieve or restore this data once deleted.

8. Data Security

Because no data is transmitted from your device, there is no risk of interception during transmission. Data stored locally on your device is protected by your device's own security mechanisms (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, etc.).

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes — particularly if we ever begin collecting data — we will update the "Last updated" date and notify users through the App or App Store update notes. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding personal data. Since we do not collect or store any personal data on our systems, we cannot provide, correct, or delete data we do not hold. All App data is under your full control on your own device.
